Cooking class: learn how to cook Italian recipes and taste the dishes prepared during the lesson

Private Experience
Your experience
  • Mix of cheeses, cold-cuts, olives and vegetables in oil
  • Casoncelli e scarpinocc
  • Chocolate mousse

Bergamo, the city of two delicious culinary creations: Casoncelli, carefully wrapped around savory meat secrets, and Scarpinocc, jealous guardians of a soft, enveloping cheese heart. On this exceptional occasion, we will have the luxury of preparing them together, from the moment the fresh pasta is revealed in the light of day until the passion-soaked filling finds its refuge. And then, all around the set table to enjoy them with joy and complicity.

While we devote ourselves to the culinary art, a dreamy aperitif will be at your complete disposal. It will be an experience that will allow us to cradle the palate and enjoy each other's company, immersed in this sublime gastronomic dance.

"I learned to cook at Grandma’s house as a child after school. We prepared desserts for snacks and fresh pasta, ravioli or gnocchi for Sunday lunch, where the whole family gathered. Growing up I also learned to cook what I liked most: sweets, first courses and second courses. Going to live alone I learned the famous 'recycling recipes' such as pies, meatballs and meatballs. Today I like to cook everything; cooking relaxes me and I like to have guests to pamper."
