    I look forward to welcoming you with renewed enthusiasm to my bright abode at the foot of the Orobian Pre-Alps, just 12 minutes from Bergamo, to delight you with my winter creations. I will welcome you with a welcome drink and some delicacies:

    • Lasagnette with pumpkin and taleggio cheese: the stringy encounter between the delicacy of pumpkin and the enveloping flavor of taleggio cheese from our valleys will give you an unforgettable experience.
    • Savory strudel: a harmonious fusion of flavors with the red of Treviso and the authentic taste of Branzi.
    • Frollìni with malga butter: to finish, these sweet cookies will sweeten the palate, perfect to enjoy with the bitterness of a good coffee prepared with the traditional mocha.

    We had a fantastic experience with Laura and her family making a wonderful pasta dinner. Laura is very knowledgeable about cooking. My children and I enjoyed the great conversation of food and life while enjoying the meal on the beautiful patio. I would highly recommend the experience.

    Our cooking class with Laura was exceptionally good. She is a skilled chef, as well as very organized with all ingredients and tools prepped and ready to go. We were a group of 5. We began with Prosecco and 2 appetizers that were some of the best I've ever tasted. Then we commenced with learning 3 new recipes-A savory spinach and cheese tart, Caccionelli pasta of Bergamo and a chocate dessert tart. We mixed, rolled and stuffed various doughs while learning about local foods of Bergamo. Laura's daughter was our translator. We all had fun learning and laughing together. We feasted on our results and had the pleasure of meeting the whole family. It was more than just a cooking lesson. It was a wonderful cultural experience. I highly recommend Cesarine Laura!

    Ho regalato a mia sorella quest’esperienza a mia sorella per il suo compleanno insieme ad un’amica. Laura gentilissima ha adattato il menù per la ricorrenza e abbiamo passato una bella serata in compagnia di Laura e del marito. I piatti erano deliziosi, la casa é molto accogliente e curata! Consiglio quest’esperienza se si vuole gustare un’ottima cucina e passare una serata in spensieratezza con persone veramente piacevoli. Mia sorella è rimasta entusiasta della sorpresa.

    My name is Laura and I have always loved cooking and taking the time to do it. I inherited the passion for cooking from my mother, and then deepened it at the courses at the Alta Scuola di Cucina Cordon Bleu, Da Vittorio pastry making and natural cooking with the biologist Dr. Giuliana Gargano at the IRCCS foundation. I love gathering my family around a table set with my recipes that I make with love and passion. I enjoy shopping at seasonal markets, traveling and trying local cuisine, and taking inspiration from what stimulates my creativity.
