    I look forward to welcoming you with renewed enthusiasm to my bright abode at the foot of the Orobian Pre-Alps, just 12 minutes from Bergamo, to delight you with my winter creations. I will welcome you with a welcome drink and some delicacies:

    • Lasagnette with pumpkin and taleggio cheese: the stringy encounter between the delicacy of pumpkin and the enveloping flavor of taleggio cheese from our valleys will give you an unforgettable experience.
    • Savory strudel: a harmonious fusion of flavors with the red of Treviso and the authentic taste of Branzi.
    • Frollìni with malga butter: to finish, these sweet cookies will sweeten the palate, perfect to enjoy with the bitterness of a good coffee prepared with the traditional mocha.

    Laura ci ha spalancato le porte di casa e ci ha inondato di entusiasmo. Ha saputo trasformare un 'corso' in un esperienza in cui gli ingredienti principali sono passione, dedizione e familiarità. La magia è stata entrare da una sconosciuta ed uscire con il ricordo di un pranzo in famiglia e le mani sporche di farina. Esperienza consigliatissima!!!

    My name is Laura and I have always loved cooking and taking the time to do it. I inherited the passion for cooking from my mother, and then deepened it at the courses at the Alta Scuola di Cucina Cordon Bleu, Da Vittorio pastry making and natural cooking with the biologist Dr. Giuliana Gargano at the IRCCS foundation. I love gathering my family around a table set with my recipes that I make with love and passion. I enjoy shopping at seasonal markets, traveling and trying local cuisine, and taking inspiration from what stimulates my creativity.
