The heart of the experience is the preparation of foiade, a typical fresh pasta from Bergamo, hand-rolled with simple and genuine ingredients. In this cooking class, I will guide you step by step through the process, from dough to cutting, telling you the stories and traditions that make this dish so special. We will cook foiade with seasonal sauces, such as with sausage, typical Bergamo cheeses, or in a vegetarian version, all accompanied by a glass of local wine. An authentic cooking class, amid genuine flavors and warm hospitality, to discover real home cooking. We are waiting for you!
