    Wednesday? Evening get-together! I'll be waiting for you at my house for an evening with a difference: an experience dedicated to good food and sharing!

    Recipe calendar (starting at 7:30 p.m.) :

    • 1/14: tagliatelle with ragù
    • 2/11 tigelle -3/18: tagliatelle with ragù

    We will prepare a traditional recipe together, perfect for an evening with friends, and you will learn how to make it and its secrets. After the class, we will taste the dish we have prepared and toast with a good wine. The experience will be confirmed once 4 participants have signed up. Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances when booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but in the case of severe allergies, we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination.

    Ottimo cibo, apprendimento pratico e ambiente accogliente! Non posso dire abbastanza cose belle su questa esperienza. Ho avuto la fortuna di essere accolto nella casa di Alessandro e, oltre a un'esperienza pratica di apprendimento, abbiamo avuto una grande conversazione - ho anche avuto il piacere di conoscere i suoi due figli che sono deliziosi!     Our evening at Alessandros was truly a highlight of our trip. We cannot reccomend it enough. We made two pasta dishes, and a tiramisu. The food was amazing, and the course was very hands on and so much better than we had expected. We cannot wait to try the recipes at home, and we both really felt that we learned a lot! The home was also super cozy, and we felt very welcomed by Alessandro and his family! Highly recomend!

    My name is Alessandro. I was born in Milan in 1961 to parents from Emilia. I look forward to welcoming you in the kitchen of my home on the outskirts of Bergamo, where we will prepare and enjoy local specialties together (Scarpinocc, typical Bergamasco ravioli, or Polenta Taragna) as well as dishes from my family tradition (Tagliatelle, Rosette Modenesi, Tigelle). Everything will be preceded by a variety of possible appetizers, including Reggio Emilia’s Erbazzone, and followed by a dessert, typically Tiramisu. A wide selection of wines and digestifs will also be available. An authentic, convivial, and relaxing experience, with many simple recipes you can easily recreate at home!
