My name is Alessandro. I was born in Milan in 1961 to parents from Emilia. I look forward to welcoming you in the kitchen of my home on the outskirts of Bergamo, where we will prepare and enjoy local specialties together (Scarpinocc, typical Bergamasco ravioli, or Polenta Taragna) as well as dishes from my family tradition (Tagliatelle, Rosette Modenesi, Tigelle). Everything will be preceded by a variety of possible appetizers, including Reggio Emilia’s Erbazzone, and followed by a dessert, typically Tiramisu. A wide selection of wines and digestifs will also be available. An authentic, convivial, and relaxing experience, with many simple recipes you can easily recreate at home!

The culinary experience with Alessandro was superb! communication was easy and straightforward, Alessandro did everything to accomodate me and to make me feel welcome. During the cooking class he was very patient, provided perfect instruction plus fresh and delicious ingredients. His attention to detail is amazing! by far one of the most wonderful experiences I have had while traveling in Italy. Don't overthink it and book with Alessandro, you will be glad you did!

Our evening at Alessandros was truly a highlight of our trip. We cannot reccomend it enough. We made two pasta dishes, and a tiramisu. The food was amazing, and the course was very hands on and so much better than we had expected. We cannot wait to try the recipes at home, and we both really felt that we learned a lot! The home was also super cozy, and we felt very welcomed by Alessandro and his family! Highly recomend!
