    Welcome to Mozzo, just minutes from Bergamo, in a green corner at the foot of the hill where time slows down and home cooking takes center stage. In this cooking class we will prepare together foiade, a traditional fresh pasta from Bergamo, to be dressed with seasonal sauces: sausage, local cheeses or vegetables from the garden. During the preparation, we will taste typical specialties accompanied by a good glass of wine. We will close with a traditional dessert: tart or cookies with cornmeal. An authentic experience, among genuine flavors, conviviality and Lombard hospitality. Discover with me the true taste of homemade Bergamo cuisine!
