    Hi I'm Barbara,

    I am looking forward to hosting you in my home! We will cook together from appetizer to dessert. We will have fun making "scarpinocc," a stuffed pasta typical of the Bergamo valleys ( vegetarian pasta). We will end our cooking class with tiramisu.

    È stata un’esperienza sensazionale. Barbara è una persona squisita, appassionata e con tanta voglia di insegnare. Sin da subito mi sono sentita a casa di amici, complice anche un marito bergamasco “fuori dal comune”. Ospitalità, divertimento e tradizione hanno incorniciato questa splendida giornata.
