Bergamasque tradition: three seasonal recipes!

In this class we will prepare homemade piadina, paired with cold cuts, local cheeses and homemade jam. Next we will prepare a fresh pasta with seasonal sauce (crespelle, tagliatelle, tagliolini, gnocchi, etc.). To conclude we will delve into the aromas of a fabulous apple and cinnamon cake, reminiscent of home. All will be accompanied by wine, laughter and the warmth of my family. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives can always be arranged.
