In this cooking class I will take you on a journey through the flavors and memories of my family, with tricks and secrets passed down from generation to generation. Let's prepare together a savory pie with wholesome, seasonal ingredients, accompanied by cured meats, cheeses and traditional jams. You will discover how to make meatballs with mom's gravy, served with polenta or baked potatoes and tasty vegetables. We will conclude with my passion for desserts: a mouthwatering and personalized tiramisu! Between good food, wine and laughter, we will experience an unforgettable day of tradition and conviviality.

I love traditional dishes, especially main courses, but I also enjoy experimenting with appetizers and sauces for first courses. My greatest passion is pastry, and I adore experimenting with new desserts, even though crostata remains my favorite dessert. I like to make my guests feel at ease in a comfortable and informal atmosphere, filled with plenty of delicious things to enjoy and lots of laughter to share.
