For your bachelorette party we will put our hands in the dough!
We will start with a welcome drink accompanied by a platter of mixed crostini .
I will teach you how to make scarpinocc (typical stuffed pasta from Parre ) but we will also make tagliatelle.
We will continue by learning how to make a strawberries and chocolate tiramisu accompanied by a glass of bubbles.
At the end of the course we will taste what we have prepared together accompanied by Valcaleppio rosso riserva but there will also be a glass of Moscato di Scanzo ( passito di Bergamo).

Cesarina from 2022Location: Treviolo Languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish"I'm Roman, but transplanted to Bergamo for 25 years. I learned about the traditions of the place, thanks to my husband from Bergamo. I'm a former flight attendant. I have a kitchen blog - Lacipollainnamorata - where I delight in recipes that I have known in the world and I'm a sommelier. I would like to lead my guests in a guided tasting of Bergamo wines. My work has taught me to be hospitable and I know the needs of a tourist..."
