Welcome to my Bergamasque kitchen! I’m Antonella, 66 years old, full of energy and with a deep passion for the flavors of my homeland. If there’s one thing I love, it’s getting my hands into flour: maltagliati, lasagna, and stuffed pasta hold no secrets for me. From slow-cooked tripe to pear and Strachì Tunt risotto, my table is a journey through the bold flavors of rural tradition, where steaming polenta and a good glass of wine are always present. For me, cooking means welcoming people and sharing my story through aromas that taste like home and the Orobie valleys.
