A 3-hour experience to discover authentic country life in Val Brembilla. We’ll start in my vegetable garden, where we’ll pick seasonal vegetables together to make our starter.

Then we’ll move into the kitchen for a traditional local ritual. On the wooden table, we’ll make a well with flour and fresh eggs: we’ll knead the dough together, cut the tagliatelle and hang them on strings to dry.

Finally, we’ll taste the fruits of our labour with a glass of fine wine, surrounded by the silence of the mountains. Three hours to rediscover ancient flavours, simple gestures and the thrill of making everything with your own hands.
