I’ll welcome you into my home on the outskirts of Bergamo to share an authentic culinary experience, featuring traditional recipes, a warm atmosphere and genuine flavours. Together we’ll prepare fresh, handmade tagliatelle, which we’ll enjoy with my traditional ragù, rich in flavour and the aromas of home.
We’ll start with a tasty starter, preparing delicious frittatine wrapped in crispy pancetta – a perfect balance of simplicity and flavour. To round off the experience, we’ll make a freshly prepared dessert, accompanied by a good coffee and a digestif to share together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A journey through Italian flavours designed to make you feel right at home.

- We had a fantastic cooking class with Alessandro - who hosted our group of 8 in his lovely apartment. From great local starters to making our own pasta and enjoying an amazing Tiramisu (which is, if you learn the little tricks, remarkably easy!), the whole class was an amazing experience. Alessandro took great care of us and made sure we learn not only about cooking, but also about regional specialities and the Italian culture :) Thanks again for this fantastic time and we will surely cook your recipes again! - Had a wonderful evening with Alessandro and his family! I got to taste and eat delicious Italian specialties (loved the crescentine) and learned how to make tagliatelle. Cesarina from 2024Location: Bergamo (BG) Languages: Italian and EnglishMy name is Alessandro. I was born in Milan in 1961 to parents from Emilia. I look forward to welcoming you in the kitchen of my home on the outskirts of Bergamo, where we will prepare and enjoy local specialties together (Scarpinocc, typical Bergamasco ravioli, or Polenta Taragna) as well as dishes from my family tradition (Tagliatelle, Rosette Modenesi, Tigelle). Everything will be preceded by a variety of possible appetizers, including Reggio Emilia’s Erbazzone, and followed by a dessert, typically Tiramisu. A wide selection of wines and digestifs will also be available. An authentic, convivial, and relaxing experience, with many simple recipes you can easily recreate at home!
