Here, we really get stuck into the dough! Together we’ll make fresh pasta with semolina, kneading by hand and discovering the tricks and little secrets of the tradition. Don’t worry if you’re a complete beginner: we have fun whilst we learn, chatting away with a bit of flour everywhere.
Then we’ll turn our attention to Tuscan cantucci: crunchy, fragrant and perfect to enjoy straight from the oven.
At the end, we’ll eat what we’ve prepared, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a glass of good wine and some tasty nibbles. A hands-on, tasty and informal experience
