Here, we really get stuck into the dough! Together, we’ll make fresh pasta from semolina, kneading it by hand and discovering the tricks and little secrets of the tradition. Don’t worry if you’re a complete beginner: we have fun whilst we learn, chatting away with a bit of flour everywhere.

Then we’ll turn our attention to Tuscan cantucci: crunchy, fragrant and perfect to enjoy straight from the oven.

Finally, we’ll taste the creations we’ve prepared, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, accompanied by a glass of good wine and some delicious nibbles. A hands-on, tasty and informal experience.
