I am a blend of Lombardy and Emilia, being the daughter of both regions, and my cuisine encompasses dishes from both territories. As the wife of a hunter, I cook almost all types of game, but I specialize in preparing thrushes, blackbirds, and woodcocks using the typical recipes of our areas. On the Emilian side, my grandmother taught me the art of making fresh pasta, gnocco fritto, and other typical dishes from Modena and the Modenese Apennines. Lastly, my passion as a Milanese has led me to cook all the traditional Milanese recipes, including the authentic Risotto.
