I love cooking in all its forms: for me, it is a way to express love, share special moments, and be creative. I left my job to pursue this dream and attended several professional courses to refine my skills. I am experienced in both traditional and modern cooking techniques, including sous-vide cooking, fresh and stuffed pasta making, and fish marinating. Pastry is also one of my passions, with specialties such as tiramisu, dacquoise, and tarts made with homemade jams or seasonal fresh fruit.
