I am passionate about cooking, pastry, and baking, especially sourdough baking. My culinary philosophy is based on enhancing local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.I chose to offer cooking classes to share my love for cooking and the ancient traditions passed down by my grandmothers, filled with authentic and genuine flavors. Together, we will prepare fresh pasta using local grains in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.We will also make some classics of Salento cuisine, including the iconic pasticciotto leccese. We will end the experience by tasting what we have prepared, accompanied by a glass of excellent local wine, for a unique and unforgettable experience.
