I am from Puglia and have been living away from home for about half of my life (18 years). This makes me nostalgic for the flavours of home, but also flexible with ingredients and open to culinary influences, thanks to my experiences in Spain, China, Sweden, France, and the Netherlands.I am very much an “anfitrión”, as they say in Spain: I enjoy hosting small groups of guests, cooking for them, and making sure they feel at ease. I am especially skilled in pasta (including fresh pasta), risottos, desserts, and dough-based recipes.My home is welcoming and open to anyone who wants to discover my Italian cuisine.I speak Italian, Spanish, English, and French; my partner is Portuguese, and I can also arrange to host Chinese-speaking guests.
