I am passionate about regional cuisine, especially the lesser-known traditions. Having lived in different parts of Italy, I bring to the table dishes from Alto Friuli, Liguria, Tuscany, and Emilia-Romagna, while also enjoying exploring recipes from Southern Italy.I love enhancing my dishes with exotic touches inspired by world cuisines and dedicating myself to zero-waste cooking, transforming leftovers and scraps into creative and delicious dishes. I also enjoy using wild edible plants, which I personally forage near my home, to give my recipes a unique and authentic character.
