I have always loved cooking, but above all, I love welcoming my guests. My cuisine is influenced by two regions: Friuli Venezia Giulia, where I live, and Sardinia, the land where I was born. My dishes are often enriched by the flavors and ingredients of these two territories.I enjoy offering my guests dishes such as Toc’ in braide, a soft polenta with a cheese fondue and morchia, as well as gnocchi di susine and liptauer, two traditional dishes from Central European cuisine. At the same time, I also prepare homemade seadas and culurgiones, two Sardinian specialties.
