I have always loved cooking, but above all, I love welcoming my guests. My cuisine is influenced by two regions: Friuli Venezia Giulia, where I live, and Sardinia, the land where I was born. My dishes are often enriched by the flavors and ingredients of these two territories.I enjoy offering my guests dishes such as Toc’ in braide, a soft polenta with a cheese fondue and morchia, as well as gnocchi di susine and liptauer, two traditional dishes from Central European cuisine. At the same time, I also prepare homemade seadas and culurgiones, two Sardinian specialties.

We booked the Gorizia cooking course and were extremely impressed by Manuela's welcoming nature, kindness and professionalism. She welcomed us into her home, where everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, and together we were able to learn and create the proposed delicacies. We highly recommend trying the experience!
