I have always loved cooking, and in 2020 I earned my diploma as a Kitchen Assistant from a culinary academy in Naples. My estate, nestled in the peaceful countryside, is the perfect place to share my experience and passion for food.After working as a sushi chef for several years, I decided to offer my guests a unique and captivating combination: the opportunity to savor fresh seafood dishes, including raw options, while immersed in nature, paired with homemade delicacies crafted from locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients full of authentic flavors.
