Hi from Michela!

Michela welcomes us to Sedegliano, a small town in the province of Udine. The Cesarina has always nurtured a strong bond with her territory and her past, so much so that she has carefully documented popular traditions and beliefs, in an attempt to rediscover her roots as much as possible. Moved by this curiosity, she has thus also rediscovered the dishes that characterized her childhood.Rediscovering these simple and genuine flavors for Michela means going back in time, just as for those who visit it means going back to the roots of Friuli, to a peasant life that remains unchanged in the stories and flavors, when food marked the moments and gathered everyone around the table.
