I am a creative person in the kitchen and I love experimenting with both traditional dishes and modern reinterpretations. I create recipes inspired by what nature spontaneously offers, making the most of the produce from our garden.We live surrounded by nature and share our space with many animals that inhabit our park.We grow small quantities of fruit and vegetables, but of the highest quality, as well as our saffron, which is one of our most precious products.
