A truly sensory experience to enjoy and share with family and friends, perfect for children too, surrounded by nature, local traditions and the authentic flavours of the region.

Together, we’ll gather fresh ingredients from our garden to create a saffron-themed culinary journey: an aromatic cocktail accompanied by crostini with saffron-infused ricotta, fresh handmade pasta with courgettes, saffron and, your choice of, prawns or speck. We’ll also sample eggs from our own hens, freshly laid and served as tasty finger food with roast potatoes and a wild salad enriched with edible flowers. We’ll finish with a delicate saffron panna cotta, which perfectly showcases the versatility of this precious spice.
