I prepare appetizers with local cold cuts and cheeses; homemade pasta for first courses, meats selected from trusted butcher shops, and seasonal side dishes, preferring the freshness of local products. I love making sweets and cakes that evoke my childhood. All accompanied by wines selected from local producers.
