In the heart of Biella, I organize cooking experiences dedicated to discovering the local culinary traditions, in a warm and welcoming setting where you can learn, create, and share special moments.During my cooking classes, I will guide you through the discovery of ancient recipes from the Biella area, handed down through generations and prepared with genuine, zero-kilometre ingredients carefully selected from local producers.Together, we will rediscover the authentic flavors of Piedmontese cuisine, including the traditional merenda sinoira, a convivial meal rooted in rural traditions that has become a symbol of the local culture.It will be a journey through history, aromas, and local flavors, where every dish tells a story about our land and its traditions.
