: Today, we had a wonderful cooking class and lunch at Aurora and Corrado’s kitchen. We prepared tajarin (Piedmontese pasta) and pears with Gorgonzola. It was a fantastic and authentic experience, only for the two of us. That gave us the opportunity to really meet and hear things about the Italian kitchen and the region, especially while Corrado was present to translate in perfect English. Thank you very much!
: Sono stato ospite dalla Cesarina Aurora a cena, accoglienza calorosamente famigliare, ambiente molto accogliente e caldo. Ottima la polenta concia, ed anche gli altri piatti. Tutto buonissimo. La consiglio assolutamente.
