"I was born in a traditional family from Romagna, my mother passed on her love for food preparation; not least my maternal grandmother and aunt were for me a source of learning of the typical recipes of our territory. I like to try my hand at all preparations, from appetizers to desserts, and I use any type of ingredient. My house includes a tavern with a wood-burning oven where I cook traditional and gourmet pizzas. My husband defines me as brave because often, when we have guests, I put on the table always new recipes."
