Hi from Sara!

I’m Sara, I’m 30 years old, and cooking is the best way for me to unwind after a long day at work—whether it’s simple dishes or more elaborate preparations. I love rolling out fresh pasta dough, as we say in my hometown. Fresh pasta is my signature specialty, my safe harbor when everything else seems to be going against the tide. I enjoy experimenting and creating. I’m also an olive oil sommelier, certified by the Italian Sommelier School.
