Lella’s Cooking School was founded in 1996 and, for over 30 years, has been a landmark for appreciating and learning Italian culinary traditions, especially Tuscan cuisine. Lella’s Cooking School organizes cooking courses and themed lessons. The classes are hands-on workshops, and anyone who wishes can actively participate in preparing the recipes. At the end of each lesson, guests will enjoy the dishes they have prepared, accompanied by local wine. Francesco, owner of the school and Lella’s heir, has been teaching cooking for over ten years and is a third-level AIS Sommelier. He also organizes guided tasting sessions to discover the fascinating world of wine and food pairings. Lella’s Cooking School has been recognized among the Top 100 Italian Cooking Schools.
