My cooking style is born from a love for local ingredients, which I carefully select in my small town, where I can find everything: high-quality meat, artisanal cheeses, freshly harvested vegetables from local farmers, and a well-stocked fish counter.I enjoy reinterpreting traditional recipes with a lighter touch, enhancing them with vibrant colors, plenty of vegetables, and an authentic flavor. To complete the experience, I pair my dishes with carefully selected wines from the wineries I collaborate with, located between Valpolicella and the Custoza area.And on my table, there is always my homemade bread, made with organic flour from a nearby mill—a small touch that reflects my passion for honest, genuine cuisine.
