Hi from Tiziana!

I cook traditional dishes from my region, Friuli Venezia Giulia, with a Central European influence that brings flavors influenced by Austro-Hungarian, Venetian, and Slavic traditions to the table. I make everything strictly at home, including pasta, bread, and vegetables from our garden mine and my daughter's). The raw materials are carefully selected and purchased from small local producers, and I exclusively use eggs from the chickens of my farmer. Since I closed my agritourism business, I decided to open the doors of my home. My home is always open to welcome friends, tourists, or anyone who wants to feel at home.
