Vittoria

After spending many years in Germany working as a translator, I returned to Salento to dedicate myself to my vegetable garden and cooking. I offer cooking classes and convivial aperitivo dinners prepared with seasonal, local ingredients sourced from small producers in the area. My cuisine, inspired by Salento's traditions and mostly vegetarian, is enriched by international influences, spices, and creative flavor combinations. I love welcoming guests among the olive trees, sharing good food and life stories in a simple and authentic atmosphere.
