En el ambiente exclusivo del Borgo Antico, inmersos en los aromas y sonidos típicos de Bari, a poca distancia del Teatro Margherita, te invitamos a preparar juntos un menú vegano. Te recibo en mi casa histórica, entre atmósferas retro y toques de arte contemporáneo, para una clase de cocina basada en el uso de productos típicos locales y de temporada. Utilizaremos verduras de km 0 y prepararemos recetas típicas que podrás reproducir fácilmente en el futuro. ¡Te espero!

- A wonderful morning shopping and Cooking with Valentina. We made orecchiette and tiramisu. She was a great teacher and it was lovely to visit her home in the old town of Bari.
- This was our favorite experience of the cruise. Valentina was the most gracious host and patient instructor. She provided us with a delicious meal around the pasta we made, a warm and welcoming home, and lively conversation. A primo excursion all the way.
- Valentina was an excellent host. She first gave us a short walking tour of her city and a couple local markets. Back at her lovely home, she patiently showed us how to prepare the orecchiette and the tiramisu. A great experience!
- Valentina gave us a beautiful tour of the old town and provided patient instruction on how to prepare fresh pasta and tiramisu. We enjoyed a lovely meal together in her gorgeous home. It was an excellent experience.
