Durante esta experiencia, descubriréis los secretos de tres recetas típicas del Valle de Aosta, preparadas con ingredientes frescos y de calidad procedentes de nuestra hermosa región.

Comenzaremos nuestra aventura culinaria con una cálida bienvenida en mi cocina rústica, donde te guiaré paso a paso en la preparación de platos tradicionales. Cada receta cuenta una historia y refleja la riqueza cultural del Valle de Aosta, y juntos exploraremos técnicas y trucos para crear platos auténticos y sabrosos. Después de cocinar juntos, nos trasladaremos a mi acogedor comedor, donde degustaremos el fruto de nuestro trabajo.

: We had such a lovely experience with Alessia, her daughter and precious grandchild. We had the most delicious food, desert and wine, but the best is how at home we felt. Cooking and then having lunch with them like we knew them forever was an experience we will never forget. This is definitely something unique and worth doing. : Great experience with Alessia... Wonderful classic traditional dishes from the north of Italy! She also has so many locally sourced foods and talks a lot about where/how the different products are produced. Taught us to make tiramisu and it is probably the best I have ever had! Loved hearing about the daily life there. Highly recommend this very authentic experience!
: We had a lovely and perfect evening at Alessia’s house. She is a great host and passionate about her beautiful region of Val d’Aoste. We instantly felt at home as we were welcomed in the kitchen to prepare some typical dish (favo) and delicious tiramisu. So much more than a cooking class, Alessia is an expert about the local products and has so many stories to share with her guests. We could not recommend the experience enough. Thank you so much Alessia for a moment we won’t forget.

: Incredible experience with Alessia and her family. We had incredible food from the region and got to learn about the history and process behind making the food. Alessia invited us into her home and we felt like we were a part of her family by the time we left. Our kids (12,10 and 8 years old) also had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!!

Soy Alessia, una auténtica Cesarina del Valle de Aosta, y recibo a mis huéspedes en una antigua casa que he reformado, situada en un pueblecito de montaña, Gignod, en el valle del Gran San Bernardo, a pocos minutos de Aosta. Me encanta la cocina sencilla, sobre todo la tradicional. Soy una persona sencilla y vivo al ritmo de las estaciones, entre el trabajo en la viña y el trabajo en la montaña. ¡Os espero para sumergirnos en el pasado y en la tradición!
