Prepararemos juntos tres platos típicos de la tradición veneciana que degustaremos en compañía: no faltarán las gambas pequeñas, llamadas schie, con polenta blanca, los bigoli, espaguetis gruesos elaborados con la herramienta tradicional, y, para terminar con un toque dulce, el tiramisú clásico.

- Excellent experience. I learned a lot in a familiar, friendly home. Allessandra was so kind and caring. It was not just a course it was cooking together and sharing a meal.
