Bienvenidos a mi cocina, donde os ofreceré platos genuinos y sencillos, todos ellos pertenecientes a nuestra tradición culinaria. Os haré probar mi pasta al huevo: fettuccine, pappardelle y spaghetti alla chitarra son los formatos que más me gustan. Aderezaremos la pasta con una salsa de temporada: las que más me gustan y que me gustaría que probarais son la clásica salsa boloñesa, la salsa amatriciana y el pesto genovés. A continuación, un delicioso pastel de carne relleno y, para terminar con una nota dulce, os serviré el clásico de los clásicos: el tiramisú de café. ¡Os espero, hasta pronto!

: Our visit with David was absolutely amazing! The warm welcome, the outstanding food, and the wonderful company made this an unforgettable experience that we will carry in our hearts for the rest of our lives. It was an honor to visit his home and meet his lovely mother. This was truly a unique and special experience. The hospitality was exceptional. : Lunch with David was absolutely joyful. Together, we made traditional and flavourful food typical of the Veneto region, and we chatted about the regional culinary differences in Italy (as that was a particular interest of mine). Everything was fresh and delicious, and I can only highly recommend this experience!
: It was delightful, especially meeting David’s wonderful mama. The only reason it’s not five star is that we would have really enjoyed watching the preparation of the food.
: It was truly an authentic experience. The interior of the apartment, the meal and the company were on par and we had a great time!
: I can not speak highly enough of our experience with David and his family. They were amazing hosts. They were so gracious and patient with us (although we didn’t speak much Italian). The food was WONDERFUL and the experience making the food was great too. My kids said it was a major highlight to them on our trip through Italy.
