Nuestro viaje comenzará con la visita a un antiguo molino de aceite de Buti, una auténtica inmersión en la vida de antaño. Con un guía, descubriremos los secretos de la almazara y degustaremos el excelente aceite de oliva virgen extra de los Montes Pisanos, fruto de una tradición secular.
Después de esta auténtica experiencia, te daré la bienvenida a mi cocina para una clase de cocina «manos a la obra»: prepararemos juntos tagliatelle, ravioli o ñoquis, que luego degustaremos todos juntos alrededor de mi mesa en un ambiente acogedor y familiar.
El gran final estará dedicado a los postres típicos: el castagnaccio con ricotta, los cantuccini toscanos con Vin Santo, la tarta de ricotta de la abuela o el intemporal tiramisú. Un recorrido por los sabores, las tradiciones y el compartir que permanecerá en el corazón y en el paladar.

- The most wonderful experience in Tuscany. We came across this on TripAdvisor and decided to book it the week before we arrived in Tuscany and it was the best decision we could have made. Cosetta and Paolo were so warm and welcoming and we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was brilliant.
