    Francesca Caritina was an amazing host and cooking teacher. Everything was well organized, on time, clean, ingredients were fresh and natural, she was very careful with my lactose intolerance. I learned how to make pasta and sweet, everything was delicious. She was very attentive and careful. I totally recommend the experience!

    what a phenomenal experience! From the moment we arrived at the wonderful Palmieri home in Taviano and were greeted by Simona to the very end of the event all was nothing but spectacular! We cooked typical Salento style Italian cuisine, swapped stories with and ate with all of the family. This was an added treat! Mama Francesca, and Simona taught the class with the help of Matteo who helped translate! Everything was so fresh and had flavors that are indescribable! Ingredients were simple, but so fantastic! I could go back again and again. Not only did I learn many new cooking secrets, but I also made wonderful new friends! I just cant say enough about how much we loved this event and the whole Francesca Palmieri family! Grazie a tutti!

    ¡En mi cocina siempre hay movimiento! Como somos muchos en la familia, disfruto cocinando para todos.  Desde pequeña, pedía a las vecinas las recetas más antiguas de nuestros antepasados. La mía es la típica cocina local de Salento: me encanta hacer pasta casera, además de pan, pucce, focacce y frise.
