¡Hola de parte de Barbara!
Me apasiona la elaboración artesanal de pasta fresca, desde tortellini hasta tortelloni de ricotta y espinacas, pasando por tagliatelle y ñoquis de patata. También me encanta preparar risottos con verduras de temporada o enriquecidos con quesos, acompañados de vinagre balsámico tradicional de Módena. Mi creatividad también se extiende a las tartas saladas a base de verduras y a los postres, en particular a las tartas con mermeladas ecológicas y a los postres tradicionales de la cocina de Módena. Como sumiller diplomada por la AIS y profesora de cursos sobre vino, me resulta muy satisfactorio maridar cada plato con el vino perfecto. Si el huésped es un apasionado del vino y lo desea, también puedo organizar catas guiadas para ofrecer una experiencia más profunda.

- My husband and I had a great experience with Barbara. She arranged a convenient way for us to meet her for transportation to the winery high in the hills of Modena and to her lovely home afterwards for lunch. Harvest was just beginning at the winery but the owner and her son stopped their work to give us a tour and tasting of multiple wines. Barbara, as a sommelier, added many insights to the conversation. The lunch at her home was absolutely delicious (with very generous portions) - overall, the best meal we had on our 16-day trip filled with many good meals! Barbara is personable and charming. Throughout the meal, she explained her recipes and techniques. We throughly enjoyed our day and highly recommend this experience.
