- Angela was a fantastic host. She welcomed me into her home and together we made some beautiful pasta and a beautiful variation of terimisu. It was a fantastic activity and has given me the confidence to try it at home. Highly recommended!
- Angela was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about the local cuisine and culture. We had a fantastic time with her, and the food we made was absolutely DELICIOUS! My word of advice to anyone taking this class is show up with an empty stomach because you will be absolutely stuffed (and happily so) by the time you leave! We would recommend this class to anyone who is visiting Modena.

Con grande passione e chiarezza ci ha guidati passo dopo passo nella preparazione, condividendo consigli utili, curiosità e quel tocco in più che solo chi ama davvero la cucina sa trasmettere. - What a fantastic experience! We had a amazing time making tortelloni with Maria. It was fantastic to learn from her and gain knowledge through her extensive experience making food. Not only was it amazing to make, but it also was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed making the dessert and sharing a meal together during this intimate experience. If you want to experience true regional and local culture, then this is the cooking class for you.
