Mi cocina tiene su origen en la tierra piamontesa. Todos los productos son locales y seleccionados (carnes, verduras, quesos, aromas frescos), al igual que, por supuesto, los vinos que acompañan a los platos. Intento ser lo más lineal posible en la preparación, aunque la cocina de Langa a veces requiere mucho tiempo y procedimientos complejos. Para mí es esencial reconocer siempre los elementos básicos de un plato. No me gustan las rarezas, ¡los productos que tenemos aquí son más que suficientes!

We had the best experience cooking with Gian Paolo! Gian Paolo is not only kind and funny, he is an experienced chef who taught us three authentic Piemonte recipes in the comfort of his wonderful home. We enjoyed our meal with views of the vineyards and mountains. We highly recommend this class - it will no doubt be the highlight of any trip! Thank you Gian Paolo!
