De l'entrée au dessert, en passant par le vin, vous découvrirez la Vénétie et ses traditions. Les Cicchetti accompagnés d'un bon vin, faits de pain légèrement grillé, de crèmes de légumes (toujours de saison et locaux) cuisinés de manière créative, de boulettes végétales et de polenta blanche (produit slow food) avec du « saor » (oignons blancs cuits à la vénitienne).

- We had a great time with Catia, in her beautiful house and her multifunctional kitchen. Catia is an excellent cook, and has a vast knowlwdge about food, Its nutrients values and she is so full of very good and useful tips! Thank you very much for your warm hospitality, it was one of the highlights of our Olympic trip to Italy! Gold medal for Catia!

- Catina was incredibly friendly, and we could truly feel her love for Italian cuisine, especially the dishes from her hometown. We enjoyed warm and comfortable hospitality in her beautiful home. This cooking class offers a wide variety of dishes to enjoy, and making pasta by hand was particularly fun. We had a wonderful time cooking while chatting with her. It is a cooking class well worth visiting—I highly recommend it.
- Ho prenotato un’esperienza di cooking class vegana come regalo di compleanno per mia moglie. Catia ci ha accolto con il sorriso e i suoi bellissimi 5 gatti. Abbiamo un po’ chiacchierato e poi ci siamo messi subito a cucinare. Il menù prevedeva: - stracchino di soia servito con piadine integrali con semi oleosi - mezzo stagionato di anacardi profumato alle erbe - ravioli ripieni di ricotta di mandorla e spinaci - tiramisù vegano Ci è voluto un po’ di tempo per preparare tutto ma ne è assolutamente valsa la pena! Era tutto buonissimo, ma il mezzo stagionato di anacardi e il tiramisù ci hanno letteralmente rapito! Catia ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e ha generosamente condiviso con noi la sua esperienza, in modo che potessimo ricreare a casa quelle prelibatezze! Grazie!
- I was with 3 of my friends visiting Padova and we decided to try our hand at making Pasta. From the moment wr get out of the cab we were eelcomed like family. Catia was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was very patient with us as beginners. Her home was very clean and a beautiful table was set for us to eat at. She picked a pumpkin out of her garden for the filling of our ravioli. She also picked fresh yomatoes and basil out of her garden for the sauce of our Bigoli. She took us stop by step thourgh making ravioli, tortelloni and Bigoli. She made appetizers that melted in our mouth. The Pasta dishes were so yummy and we finished the meal with the Tiramisù we made ! A few glasses of red wine were drank throughout the night. The whole evening was a great experience to share with friends . I would do this again! It was so much fun!
