On va préparer ensemble un des plats préférés de ma famille : les gnocchi de pommes de terre. C'est un plat simple et délicat, riche en tradition et au goût captivant. Je le propose avec affection car il représente beaucoup pour nous : c'était le plat du dimanche, un moment spécial où la famille se réunissait autour de la table pour cuisiner tous ensemble. Ces traditions sont des trésors qu'il est important de préserver et de perpétuer encore aujourd'hui.

: We had a wonderful time with Chef David! GREAT gnocchi, tiramisu. GREAT conversation, hospitality!
: It was delightful, especially meeting David’s wonderful mama. The only reason it’s not five star is that we would have really enjoyed watching the preparation of the food.
: It was truly an authentic experience. The interior of the apartment, the meal and the company were on par and we had a great time!
: I can not speak highly enough of our experience with David and his family. They were amazing hosts. They were so gracious and patient with us (although we didn’t speak much Italian). The food was WONDERFUL and the experience making the food was great too. My kids said it was a major highlight to them on our trip through Italy. We’ve already made the recipes back home and they’re a big hit! Thank you to David and the family.
