Je suis né et j'ai grandi dans la Valteline, une superbe vallée lombarde entourée par les Alpes, pas loin de Milan. Dans cette expérience, j'ai envie de partager les saveurs montagnardes de cette région, simples et riches en goût. Je t'attends pour préparer ensemble la recette la plus typique de la Valteline : les pizzoccheri. Nous ferons ensemble des pâtes à base de blé sarrasin et les cuisinerons en respectant la recette traditionnelle. Tous les ingrédients proviennent directement de la Valteline. Nous dégusterons les plats préparés ensemble avec d'autres produits que je sélectionne personnellement auprès de producteurs artisanaux de la Valteline. Nous vivrons ensemble un voyage court et intense à travers les saveurs de nos Alpes ! Je vous attends en Valteline, à Milan !

: Andrea was amazing, it was his first time hosting this class and he knocked it out of the park. He welcomed us into his home and made us comfortable right away. We shared the experience with one other couple and it was easy to get along with them. Andrea provided us a step by step on how to get things started and progress through the meals. He was patient with everyone and was happy to share info and tidbits about Milan and his life. Highly recommend the class with Andrea!
: I took a pasta and tiramisu class with Andrea on the last evening of my trip to Milan. This was an absolutely amazing experience and a highlight of my trip that I would recommend to anyone! Andrea welcomed me into his home and taught me to make tiramisu as well as two types of pasta, all of which we eventually ate as an extraordinary meal. Not only was he an excellent teacher, completely patient and making sure I understood and had mastered each step, but he also did this with such warmth and hospitality, sharing wine, horderves, and wonderful conversation along the way. I felt so lucky to have had this beautiful experience - and recommend it highly!!
: We had a class with Andrea and it was nothing short of outstanding. Andrea made numerous dishes from hi personal recipes, shared wine with us and created a warm and comfortable setting. The only thing better than the foods we tasted was the fellowship. My wife and I recommend this experience if you’re visiting Milan.
: We had an amazing experience with another couple and Andrea making pasta and tiramisu. Andrea made us feel very comfortable, like we were at home. He also provided very clear and simple instructions and encouraged us to participate and making the food that we eventually ate, which turned out better than we could’ve ever imagined. Andrea is a wonderful host and I can’t recommend this event enough!
