Bonjour de la part de Andrea !
Souvenirs, saveurs et traditions familiales au charme authentique. Ma cuisine est simple et riche en saveurs, animée par la joie du partage. J'aime découvrir de nouvelles choses et rencontrer de nouvelles personnes, et je pense que se connaître en partageant une expérience culinaire rend le moment encore plus intense. Dans mes plats, je retrouve les sourires de mes grands-mères et de ma mère, lorsque, enfant, j'observais la sagesse de leurs mains qui pétrissaient la pâte. Mes recettes sont authentiques et allient la tradition à ma curiosité pour les saveurs et les associations à expérimenter, avec un lien particulièrement intense avec le lieu où je suis né et où j'ai grandi : la Valteline. Je vous attends !

- A magical evening with Andrea in his lovely home in Milan, making delicious, thoughtfully selected dishes and enjoying Andrea’s wonderful company. He pitched everything just right for a family of food lovers, running everything with a calm and inclusive style that worked just as well for our 12-year-old daughters as it did for the adults. To cap everything off, when Andrea found out that it was one of our birthdays he pulled out the stops and made the night a really special one with a lovely birthday cake - thank you Andrea, from all of us!
- The evening was filled with cooking, sharing stories, and enjoying the opportunity to learn Italian recipes from Andrea in his home with the use of the most fresh ingredients from local markets and his potted herb garden. A delightful evening we will relive through the amazing recipes.
- A try highlight of our tome in Milan. Very special time, delicious food, fun to learn the secrets an ease of homemade pasta. Andrea made it comfortable, personable, and so much fun. He opened his home, kitchen, traditions - and heart! Thank you! Highly recommend ❤️
- This wonderful cooking class with Andrea was the most memorable experience on our vacation. Andrea opened his beautiful home, limits to 4 guests total for an intimate evening of laughter, fun, cooking and dining. Food was delicious, enjoyed with Prosecco and Lemonchello homemade from his mother (thanks Mom!!). Memories forever…..
- My husband and I had a fantastic time learning how to make pasta and tiramisu with Andrea! He was an excellent teacher and made the class really fun and easy to understand despite us having no prior experience. He prepared and served us delicious bread and Prosecco during food prep. We don’t know how the 3 hours flew by so fast! Highly recommend booking this experience with him!
