Aux portes de Trévise, je t'accueille chez moi, dans un cadre calme et intime où tu pourras découvrir de nouvelles saveurs authentiques en compagnie de tes proches.
Nous préparerons ensemble trois plats typiques de la tradition vénitienne que nous dégusterons en compagnie : il y aura des petites crevettes - appelées schie - avec de la polenta blanche, des bigoli, de grosses spaghettis tréfilées avec l'outil traditionnel, et enfin, pour finir en douceur, le tiramisù classique.

- Excellent experience. I learned a lot in a familiar, friendly home. Allessandra was so kind and caring. It was not just a course it was cooking together and sharing a meal.

- Cooking with Alessandra was the highlight of our trip! We enjoyed learning how to make authentic ravioli. Dining Al fresco in their garden with their family was such a memorable experience. We highly recommend Alessandra if you are in the Venice/Treviso area.

C'est une façon de choyer les personnes que j'aime, mais c'est aussi une curiosité constante de découvrir de nouveaux goûts, d'expérimenter et de me mettre à l'épreuve. »
