Vi aspetto per tuffarci nella tradizione della cucina maremmana: prepareremo i piatti tipici di questa meravigliosa zona e poi li degusteremo assieme. Con noi ci sarà anche la mia famiglia che è sempre felice ed emozionata di avere ospiti a cui rivelare piccoli segreti culinari. La mia casa è situata proprio nel cuore di Orbetello, a due passi dalla Laguna da cui si gode di uno splendido tramonto.

- When we arrived at Sylvia her house we started the evening with some great chosen Prosecco. And some great anti pasta! Just to get to know each other. Then we went into the kitchen, we learned how to make ravioli! With a nice filling of spinach and ricotta, something I will make at home for sure. Then we went on to the tiramisu which was a more summery (as it’s september atm) edition. Not the classic one. It was amazing, one of the best desserts we ever had in our life!!!! It was with berries and we will make this in NL for Christmas!!! During the whole evening we felt very welcome at the place of Sylvia, she and her mom are two very caretaking people. That is what you need when you want to cook! Highly recommended when you want to learn the Maremma cookingskills!! Big thank you!
- Silvia is an absolute gem! We had a wonderful experience cooking with her at her home , it has been a highlight of our holiday . The food was delicious and she was warm , and welcoming . - We and our dog enjoyed the dinner. From the first moment on our hosts Silvia and Riccardo have been very nice friendly. The food was great and we could help a little bit by making the pasta. It was a great evening
- was a really great experince, they both really friendly and explian good all different process to cook. my wife and I we was super happy. (just not sure if she can speak good english)
