Ciao da Federica!

Mi chiamo Federica e da oltre vent’anni la città del sole, Cagliari, mi ha accolto come una di casa. Sono originaria di un affascinante paese nel cuore della Sardegna, figlia di mamma planargese e papà ogliastrino, un perfetto connubio di tradizioni e culture. Fin da piccola ho coltivato una passione profonda per la cucina e le tradizioni culinarie della mia terra. Adoro preparare piatti autentici come ravioli, panadas e culurgiones, ricette che racchiudono i sapori e la storia della mia famiglia. Per me, cucinare è un modo per raccontare la mia identità attraverso profumi e sapori, condividendo esperienze genuine e calorose.

: Our class was great Federica had a lot of patience with us, especially with learning the technique. She gave us great ideas about sauces to use for the pastas we made. It was very nice that she also had a welcome snack for us when we arrived. My only comment would be that it would be nice to have the recipes either printed out or available to email after the class. I did take good notes and she was very accommodating and repeating things but it would have been a little easier if I had it been provided as in other classes that I've taken in the past. Overall, we really enjoyed our time spent with her and appreciate her hospitality! We would highly recommend taking her classes.
: My husband and two adult children and I all felt very welcomed into Federica's home. Very friendly, very fun cooking experience! Lots of laughter, loved being introduced to traditional Sardinian pastas. The experience of cooking together and dining together was a highlight of our trip!
: It was an amazing pasta making experience with Federica. She learned me how to make pasta frok scratch the Sardinian way. We had fun, she is so sweet and it tasted so good!
: Federica is an excellent instructor -- friendly, patient, and clear in her explanations. She is also a lovely person to spend a few hours with! Her apartment was easy to find, and there was plenty of room for the two of us to work. We really enjoyed making two different kinds of pasta, then sitting down to a lovely meal. (Federica also provided delicious appetizers and a refreshing dessert.) We wouldn't hesitate to book another class with Federica. The Cesarine program is great!
: We (myself and my two daughters) had an amazing time with Fede who taught us how to make delicious pasta! She was a delight to spend an afternoon with! It was undoubtedly a highlight of our trip. It was very professionally and thoughtfully set up and every moment was filled with warmth and heart. Truly unforgettable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a taste of traditional Sardinian life!
