"Amo preparare piatti che richiedono impasti quindi pasta fresca all'uovo e utilizzare farina di grano saraceno per realizzare piatti del posto tipo pizzoccheri o dolci con la stessa farina. Mi piace stupire i miei ospiti, partendo da ingredienti molto semplici potrei preparare sia piatti locali tipo pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, oppure potrei fare tanti stuzzichini a base di lievitati per un apericena".

- Antionette welcomed my wife and I into her home like family. We made delicious homemade pasta and ravioli and shared stories and recipes that will last a lifetime
