Aperitivo con ottimo vino, pizzette e tartine per il benvenuto. Impasteremo per realizzare tagliatelle e ravioli. Infine faremo un ottimo tiramisù! Quest'esperienza sarà resa piacevole dal fantastico panorama che offre la natura, una vista sul lago mozzafiato!

We had the most wonderful time. Would highly recommend to anyone. It was a brilliant evening with lovely welcoming hosts. Best thing we have done our our holiday was attending the pasta and tiramisu class!

Antonietta was an outstanding teacher and an even better host. She welcomed us into her home and made us feel instantly comfortable as if it were our own dining room we were in. She gave us great instructions and took us through the process of making the different pastas and tiramisu, explaining each step and the reasons why we were doing it that way. To have an expert talk you through it was very insightful and it was a very authentic experience of Italian food with a great view of the lake as well. At points it felt like we were not in a lesson but part of A’s family. A week in Italy was capped off with this outstanding experience and one we will not forget. Grazie Mille Antonietta.

Our group had the best time. Antonietta was a great host. The non cooks in the party learned that they can cook and Tiramisu is now my husbands favorite dessert. She welcomed us into her home and was very gracious. Plan ahead for transportation to her home. You'll have a wonderful experience.

The cooking class with Antonietta was a highlight of our Lake Como trip. Antoinetta made sure to personalize the food to our tastes (I don't eat meat and my daughter and her boyfriend do eat meat). We met her husband, son and dog Athena. All were nice and friendly. We started with tiramisu as it had to chill in the refrigerator for a certain amount of time before consuming. Super delicious! Then we made tortellini stuffed with spinach, ricotta and nutmeg. Yummy! And finally we made tagliatelle. We learned how to roll out the dough that forms the pasta. Then we ran the flattened dough through the pasta machine to make it even thinner. The tagliatelle was served with pesto sauce (me) and ragu sauce (my daughter and her boyfriend). Along the way, Antonietta offered us appetizers and wine. :-) It was fun and relaxing and nice to spend time in a local resident's home. Antonietta has a stunning view from her hillside home. We strongly recommend the cooking class with Antonietta! It's a wonderful memory.

We had an amazing time with Antonietta. She welcomed us into her home and answered all of our cooking questions. She has a spectacular view of the lake. She shared contact information for taxis, whom we were easily able to schedule with. We made two pastas and tiramisu. Who knew tiramisu was so simple?! The class ended up being just my fiancé and I so it felt so special. It was delicious. It was some of the best food we had on our 2 week trip in Italy. This was one of our bucket list activities and Antonietta exceeded our expectations!! You must take a class with her. Grazie mille Antonietta!!

"Amo preparare piatti che richiedono impasti quindi pasta fresca all'uovo e utilizzare farina di grano saraceno per  realizzare piatti del posto tipo pizzoccheri o dolci con la stessa farina. Mi piace stupire i miei ospiti, partendo da ingredienti molto semplici  potrei preparare sia piatti locali tipo pizzoccheri, polenta, paradell, sciatt, oppure potrei fare tanti stuzzichini a base di lievitati per un apericena".
